How to use this website with a screen reader.
This site is built to the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standard — not just as a claim; every page, in both languages, is checked automatically.
The very first thing on every page is a "Skip to main content" link, visible when you press Tab — so you never have to hear the whole menu read out every time.
Every page has exactly one main heading (H1), with subheadings following in order (H2, H3) — you can scan a page quickly using your screen reader's heading list.
Every image that conveys information has a real description. Purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers, so you never hear unnecessary content.
Marathi pages are declared as Marathi (lang="mr-IN"), so a screen reader uses the correct pronunciation — not English pronunciation applied to Marathi text.
Every download link states the file type, size, and page count up front. Documents that are scanned images (which a screen reader cannot read) are labelled as such, clearly.
If your device has "Reduce Motion" turned on, every animation on this site turns off automatically — there is no separate setting to find here.
Every form field has a visible label. If something is wrong, you are told exactly what and how to fix it — not just that an error occurred.
Without a mouse — using only Tab, Enter, and Escape — you can use the entire site: menus, search, the feedback form, and the admin section.
If you run into a problem with any of this, please tell us through the feedback page — we will fix it.
